As a marketer, you will play a crucial role in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns. Through your expertise, you will influence everything from sales, purchasing, recruitment, launches in new locations, events, and how we educate, lower barriers, and enhance service for our customers.

Specifically, you will be involved in exciting projects within digital advertising, content, email marketing & automation, web, and social media. Together with your colleagues, you will create campaigns from strategy to execution and evaluation.

You will work with colleagues in our marketing department - which operates like an in-house agency where we produce and manage most of the communication for Niemi Bil.

Responsibilities may include:

• Paid Social - Digital advertising
• Content & video production
• Web editing (Updating content, blog, creating landing pages)
• Email marketing and automations
• Managing social media organically
• Strategy and campaign planning
• Project management

You feel at home with some of the points mentioned above and have a genuine desire to learn more about the others.

In this role, it will also be important to coordinate and collaborate with Niemi Bil's other departments and translate their challenges into communication efforts.

Other tasks that our marketing department handles today include: SEM, SEO, Graphic design, Film production/Animation, Tracking, Conversion optimization, Data analysis, Web development/system development, Media buying, and more.

If you are curious about more or other parts of a marketer's toolbox, there will be good opportunities to develop in that area.

Perhaps you are at an agency today? What is the difference then? Here you are quick from idea to action. You have time to genuinely understand and develop a brand. You get to be a generalist and use more competencies. You work closely with the business, see the results and effects of your communication.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing
• Interest in optimization & analysis
• Very good knowledge in some of the areas of the position
• You must like the business - sales & customer service

Location: You will primarily work at the headquarters in Luleå, but there is an opportunity to work from our other facilities in Umeå, Skellefteå, Kiruna, Gävle, and Uppsala.
