Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing activities on site in electrical power projects, from start to finished facility.
  • Be the occupational health and safety manager for the project, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting a culture focused on safety and quality.
  • Coordinate work between different technical disciplines, subcontractors, and suppliers on site.
  • Continuously follow up on production and timelines and report the project's status to the responsible project manager.
  • Work closely with clients, colleagues, and project managers to contribute to long-term and trusting relationships.
  • Initiate and drive improvements within the project process and contribute to the development of the business.

  • Meritorious: if you have experience with BESS facilities.

Personal qualities

  • Ability to work independently and take great responsibility for the project's overall and detailed aspects on site.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented – you see opportunities and act proactively in the face of challenges.
  • Strong leader with the ability to engage the team and create a good atmosphere at the workplace.
  • Structured and systematic, with high quality in planning and reporting.
  • Good collaboration skills and relationship builder with both internal and external parties.
