About the role

We are now looking for a HVAC Installer with location in Dalarna. You will primarily work with installations and service for our villa customers as well as in the property segment. Experience in installing heat pumps is meritorious, and we would like you to have an interest in sustainable energy solutions and modern technology.

As a technician/installer with us, the customer experience is always in focus. You are our face to the outside world and contribute through your professional and service-oriented approach to long-term customer relationships.

You will be part of a team with both experienced colleagues and employees who are new to the industry. The role involves varied tasks, and you will work both independently and together with others.

Responsibilities

Your daily tasks may include:

  • Installation and commissioning of heating systems, including heat pumps
  • System installations according to applicable regulations and safety standards
  • Ensuring correct piping, electrical connections, and placement of components
  • Testing and functionality testing of installed systems

If needed also:

  • Service and maintenance of heating systems and heat pumps
  • Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical problems
  • Actions on auxiliary equipment such as circulation pumps and control systems

Customer contact and advice

  • Advising customers on the choice of heating systems based on needs and property
  • Ongoing communication to ensure quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
  • Information on energy-saving solutions and benefits of heat pumps

Documentation and reporting

  • Digital reporting of installations, service, and troubleshooting
  • Ensuring correct documentation, warranties, and certificates according to procedures

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Work experience in HVAC work
  • Certificate according to Safe Water
  • Hot Work certificate
  • Driving license B
  • Good computer skills and experience with digital planning/reporting systems
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

  • Experience in installing heat pumps (geothermal, air/water, exhaust air)
  • Experience from work with property facilities
  • Language skills beyond Swedish
