We are now looking for an experienced HVAC technician based in the Gothenburg area. We are looking for someone with extensive work experience in installing geothermal heat pumps, air-water heat pumps, and exhaust air heat pumps for our residential customers and our property segment. You should also have experience working with digital reporting as our working method requires this.

As an experienced Technician / Installer with us, it is important that you have good social skills and that you focus on the customer's experience of our visit. Customer focus is and will always be an important part of working at Enwell.

Your daily tasks include, among others:

• Responsible for the installation and commissioning of various types of heat pumps.
• Perform system installations in accordance with applicable regulations and safety standards.
• Ensure correct placement, piping, electrical installation, and connection of the heat pump's components.
• Conduct test runs and functionality tests of the installed heat pump.

If needed

• Perform regular maintenance and service on installed heat pumps to ensure that the systems function optimally.
• Identify and address issues that may arise with heat pumps and other associated systems (e.g., circulation pumps, control systems).
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems in the heating system.

Customer Contact and Advice

• Provide customers with guidance and advice on the choice of heating systems based on their needs and the property's conditions.
• Communicate with customers to ensure that installation and service are carried out according to expectations and timelines.
• Inform customers about energy-saving measures and the benefits of installing heat pumps.

Documentation and Reporting

• Keep accurate records and reports of installations, service actions, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure that all documentation, including warranties and certificates, is correct and archived according to company procedures.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Work experience in HVAC
• Safe Water certification
• Hot work certificate
• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of Office suite and other digital planning systems
• Good written and verbal skills in Swedish

Meritorious

• Work experience as a technician/heat pump installer with a focus on geothermal, air-water, and exhaust air heat pumps.
• Previous experience working with property facilities
• Language skills beyond Swedish
