We are now looking for a refrigeration technician with strong technical skills and customer focus who wants to help develop sustainable energy systems in both commercial and larger property projects.

As a refrigeration technician with us, you will work with service, operation, and optimization of advanced cooling and heating systems. You will be a key person in the team – responsible for technical functionality, troubleshooting, and customer dialogue. At Enwell, you will work at the forefront of technology with systems that integrate cooling, heating, electricity, and control.

🔍 Your tasks

• Service, repair, and preventive maintenance of cooling and heating systems
• Commissioning and optimization during new installations and renovations
• Troubleshooting and system adjustments for optimal operation
• Technical advice and customer support to property owners and operational staff
• Identification of improvements and suggestions for upgrades
• Documentation of interventions and service reports
• Technical responsibility for facilities in the power range of 50 kW – 6 MW

✅ We are looking for someone who has

• Certification for working with refrigerants (F-gas category 1 – required)
• Several years of experience in service and operation of larger cooling/heating systems
• Good understanding of system logic and control technology
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for entire facilities
• Strong sense of service and customer relations
• Driving license B (required)
• Good Swedish in speech and writing (English is an advantage)
