Northern Sweden | Projects for Industry & Large Contracts

Bigab Group AB is growing and is now looking for an experienced Site Manager in concrete and reinforcement (Concrete class 1–2) for projects in northern Sweden.

We work with qualified competence supply and contracting in construction and civil engineering. Our projects are characterized by structure, quality, and long-term customer relationships – often within industry, infrastructure, and construction.

About the Role

As a site manager with us, you will have a central role in production. You will be responsible for leading and directing concrete and reinforcement work in projects where the requirements are high and quality is crucial.

You will drive the work from planning to execution and ensure that:

• Production within Concrete class 1–2 is performed correctly
• Reinforcement, casting, and finishing meet the required standards
• Work environment requirements and safety procedures are followed
• Timelines and resources are optimized
• Documentation is carried out according to ISO 9001 and 14001
• Communication works between clients, site management, and skilled workers

You will work closely with project management and have a clear mandate in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute work within concrete and reinforcement projects
• Ensure work is performed according to drawings, AMA, and technical descriptions
• Production planning and daily follow-up
• Quality controls and self-checks
• Coordination with subcontractors
• Responsibility for work environment (BAS-U is a merit)
• Resource and staffing planning

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience as a site manager in construction production with teams of 20 or more
• Documented experience in Concrete class 1–2
• Deep understanding of reinforcement, formwork, casting, and concrete construction
• Experience from industrial or large contracting projects
• Ability to work systematically with quality systems
• Good leadership skills and clear communication
• Driver's license (B)

Meritorious:

• Concrete training class 1 or 2
• Experience working with larger industrial clients
• Experience in projects with high safety requirements
• Familiarity with digital project systems
