What are my responsibilities?

The team you will join consists of a diverse group of 19 colleagues, including designers, technicians, construction managers, and project managers. There are a total of 2 project managers. You will be responsible for driving your projects forward independently, but you will of course have support from your colleagues. You will primarily work as a project manager on our PTS projects related to fiber rollout, but the focus may change in the future depending on won contracts.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Overall project responsibility with a focus on time, cost, quality, and risk
• Ongoing coordination with network owners, contractors, suppliers, and authorities
• Monitoring progress, forecasts, and project finances
• Managing changes, deviations, and decision-making in ongoing projects
• Close collaboration with designers and construction managers and follow-up in production
• Ensuring that projects meet the network owner's requirements and guidelines from the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority
• Responsibility for project administration, documentation, and invoicing

- Hi Ida!👋 What do you do as a project manager in your role? I have overall responsibility for the projects I manage, from start to finish. This includes financial responsibility, scheduling, quality assurance, and ensuring that projects are executed according to both the network owner's instructions and the requirements of the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority. I act as the hub of the project and ensure that all parts are connected. The path to success is close collaboration with designers and construction managers, where we together handle the challenges that arise and drive the projects forward.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Completed high school education and preferably a project management education
• Previous experience as a project manager
• Good knowledge of contract law, especially ABT 06 and AB 04
• Very good understanding of finance, budgeting, and performance monitoring
• Very good skills in Excel and other parts of the Office suite
• Training in BAS-U and BAS-P (meritorious)

The position is a permanent full-time employment that starts with a 6-month probation period.
