We are now looking for personal assistants for a cheerful and playful boy for extra work.

He communicates with words and signs, and you need to be attentive to what he wants and respond quickly to show that you understand him. He has autism and severe developmental disabilities.

He also has epilepsy, so you need to be particularly aware of this and able to read various complex situations. The work can be physically demanding and involves some heavy lifting.

There are also outings with him, so it is important that you are resourceful and self-sufficient. He enjoys car rides, so having a driver's license is a plus.

Your workplace will be in a home environment, so it is important that you have a good attitude towards the entire family.

You will often work independently, so it is important that you feel secure in your role as an assistant. The chemistry must be right, and it should be a fun and pleasant workplace.

Employment rate: part-time. Working hours are scheduled for afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Salary: Hourly wage, individual salary setting, and other compensation according to collective agreements. Start date: As agreed, lasting as long as the assistance assignment continues.

• You must be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Attentive to the client's needs

• Be flexible with tasks and working hours

• A driver's license is a plus but not a requirement
