Experienced Consultant Needed for Long-Term Public Sector Assignment

We are looking for an experienced consultant to support an internal project manager in a long-term assignment within the public sector in Jönköping. The role combines technical project management and change management, focusing on requirements management, procurement, and building structures in a complex organization.

The assignment is expected to last for approximately two years and will start at 50% capacity, transitioning to full-time after the new year. The start date is as soon as possible, but no later than November 1, 2025.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the internal project manager in ongoing projects and work broadly with requirements gathering, requirements management in connection with procurement, and documentation. You will also facilitate workshops and lead meetings, as well as build structures for various support flows in a complex organization. The assignment also involves contributing to a general understanding of system configuration and information modeling while being responsible for monitoring and ensuring quality in the project's deliveries.

The work will primarily take place on-site in Jönköping, with the possibility of some remote work in the future, and may also involve travel within Sweden.

Your Profile and Qualifications

To be suitable for the role, it is important that you have:

• Very high competence in technical project management/change management
• Several years of experience (approximately 9–12 years) in complex assignments within larger organizations
• Solid experience in requirements gathering and requirements management in connection with procurement
• Understanding of system configuration and experience in creating structures for support flows
• Knowledge of information modeling
• Experience facilitating various types of workshops
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
