About the position
This is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Telia. There are opportunities for extension of the assignment.
The assignment period will be a mutual trial period where you as a consultant have the same security as an employee. For those of you who are new to the job market, consulting assignments are a great way to test different tasks, make contacts, and build a competitive CV.

Job responsibilities
In the role of corporate salesperson, you will engage with Telia's national corporate customers within the SME segment. Your focus will be on customer service and sales in the form of needs analysis, where you help and offer customers solutions and improvements based on what their business needs, as well as assist the customer with general inquiries about their services, etc. You show a great interest in the everyday life of businesses and in making sustainable deals. Contact occurs via incoming calls and emails, where you work with customer service and sales of Telia's products and services. There will also be administrative tasks, including written quotes and solution proposals.
Currently, there are three corporate teams distributed between the locations of Luleå, Sundsvall, and Norrköping. You will be part of a team that works together to develop and help corporate customers find the right solutions for their business.
Initially, you will be offered approximately eight weeks of internal training at Telia combined with practical work. You will be in a learning and developing environment where the goal is for you and the team to achieve results together. There are good development opportunities in the role.
Your main job responsibilities include:
• Engaging with Telia's corporate customers in the form of customer service and sales
• Receiving inquiries and calls via phone and email
• Writing quotes and solution proposals for customers
Education, experience, and personal qualities
• Completed high school education
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office
• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in sales is an advantage
In the role of corporate salesperson, you have a strong interest in sales and take initiative while driving your work forward. You enjoy working towards set goals and achieving good results related to customer satisfaction and sales. Furthermore, you act solution-oriented and want to deliver the best solution to the customer to create a good relationship and provide the best service. You work in a structured manner and continuously follow up on your ongoing deals for the customer's best interest. Additionally, you are business-minded and have good communication skills in both spoken and written form. As a person, you appreciate working in a team and are a team player who contributes to a good community.
