Who are you?

We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in project management within construction, civil engineering, and infrastructure, with a focus on concrete work. To feel comfortable in the role, it is essential that you are self-driven and can quickly adapt to new projects. Your character is characterized by being solution-oriented, results-driven, motivated, structured, and stress-resistant. Additionally, you work with great commitment and can work well both in a team and independently.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least five years of experience leading production as a site manager.
• Has managed projects in land, civil engineering, infrastructure, or construction with a focus on concrete work
• Has concrete class 1 or 2
• Has relevant education or equivalent work experience
• You communicate clearly and well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Driving license B is a requirement

Additionally, it is also meritorious if you have:

• Experience as a responsible BAS-P or BAS-U
• You have good knowledge of the general regulations of the construction and civil engineering industry AB/ABT, ABK, AMA system.
