Are you a passionate Microsoft 365 expert who is eager to create an efficient and modern digital workplace? We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Microsoft 365 Specialist who wants to play a key role in optimizing our client's IT environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and further developing the Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint. You will also train the Service Desk, support the global onsite support team, and build complex SharePoint sites for communication and stakeholder management.

• Drive process and work improvements within the M365 area.
• Implement and lead internal IT projects related to IT workplace and Microsoft 365.
• Manage and resolve advanced support cases (L3) and share knowledge with the L1/L2 team.
• Analyze and identify root causes of recurring technical issues.
• Support the development of the O365 platform strategy together with the Head of IT, Service Desk, and Digital Workplace team.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as Microsoft, Microsoft partners, and consultants.

• At least 2 years of experience as a specialist in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
• Good technical competence in Azure.
• Experience in incident management and escalation procedures according to ITIL.
• Experience in system administration within O365 as well as handling L2 and L3 cases.

• Technically interested and solution-oriented.
• Self-driven, motivated, and efficient in your work.
• Unpretentious, flexible, and creative with a desire to develop.
• Service-oriented and communicative with a good ability to convey technical information.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• A team player with good analytical skills who enjoys sharing knowledge.
