We are now looking for a Part-time Recruitment Coordinator for our office at Sveavägen 163 in Stockholm! Perfect for you who want to combine work with studies or another job while gaining valuable experience in HR and recruitment.

ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of Recruitment Coordinator, you will primarily:

Make first contact with candidates via phone.

Support recruiters in their daily work.

Conduct reference checks.

Contribute to a professional candidate journey from start to finish.

The position is a part-time employment (as needed) of 4–10 hours per week, with a fixed hourly wage. Work is conducted during daytime at our office at Sveavägen 163 in Stockholm. We are looking for someone who can be flexible in their availability as the need may vary from week to week.

WE BELIEVE YOU ARE

Over 18 years old.

Flexible and enjoy varying work shifts.

Social and comfortable making first contact with new people.

Structured and responsible – you like to contribute to order and flow in processes.

Curious to learn more about recruitment and staffing.

Previous experience in service, customer contact, or administration is a plus – but not a requirement.
