Do you want to work closely with the business in a role where your skills make a difference around the clock? We are looking for an Onsite Technician for our client in Stockholm. Here you will be part of building a new support function for a factory that operates 24/7 – a role that combines technical breadth with close user contact.

About the role

As an Onsite Technician, you will be part of a team within Second Line and Extended Support. During the startup phase, you will work in existing support to learn the customer's workflows, systems, and processes. After that, you will help establish the new support function for the factory.

You will work broadly with troubleshooting and support within infrastructure, server environments, databases, and networks, and you will have the opportunity to be a key person in ensuring that production always runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and systematic troubleshooting on-site at the factory
• Manage cases in the case management system
• Work with Windows and Linux servers, databases, and storage
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues
• Document solutions and workflows
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in other locations

Requirements / Experience

• Systematic troubleshooting
• Experience working in case management systems
• At least 4 years of experience in end-user support
• Infrastructure/Server, Windows, and Linux
• Database/Storage
• Network
• Documentation
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Desirable

• Knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, SCCM, ITIL, ServiceNow, IFS, Biztalk, and Print/Labelprint

Start: Immediate start with a maximum of 1 month notice period. The assignment is full-time and permanent.

Location: Stockholm (The work may involve 3-shift, as support is staffed 24/7). Travel to other locations may occur.
