We are currently market leaders in Norrbotten and Västerbotten for used cars and have facilities in Luleå, Umeå, Skellefteå, Kiruna, Uppsala, and Gävle. We are also the largest in Sweden for Mazda.

About the Role

In your role as a Host, you will become a key player in our team, having both customer contact and significant responsibility. You will work closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure that both the showroom and the cars are in top condition.

The role of Host is versatile and includes everything from tasks such as keeping cars and premises in top condition to photography and web advertising. You build relationships with customers while contributing to sales in close collaboration with the sales team. Your day may involve preparing cars for display, handling customer inquiries, pricing vehicles, negotiating, testing, and ensuring that cars are ready for their new owners – and much, much more.

In short: no day is boring with us! The role is an excellent first step for you who want to develop towards a future sales role and gain broad experience in both sales and customer contact.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has at least two years of work experience and good knowledge of Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Has a B driver's license.
  • Previous experience in sales or service is a plus.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn new things, is ambitious, and loves to go the extra mile – whether it's for your colleagues or for customers. Previous experience in the automotive industry is not a requirement.

With a strong sense of teamwork and responsibility, you easily create good relationships. You are good at communicating, meticulous, and structured, with the ability to see both the big picture and the details. You know how to prioritize correctly in your work to maintain high quality and meet any deadlines.

Other

You will work at our facility on Banvägen in Luleå. The position is full-time with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Start date is according to agreement.
