Your Role
Do you want to help develop the customer experience and create inspiring store environments with us? We are now looking for someone who wants to take the next step as a Sales Leader and become a key person in the department store team. As a Sales Leader at Åhléns, you will work daily to motivate, support, and engage your colleagues in sales and service. You create the conditions for the team to perform at their best, ensuring that our customers always receive the best service.
You are present on the sales floor and serve as a role model in terms of approach, customer focus, and creating an inspiring environment. You have a holistic perspective and work closely with the department manager, store manager, and other roles such as Visual Merchandiser and stock clerks. Together, we work to achieve our common goals.
Sales Leader Responsibilities – Leadership, Sales & Customer Experience- Daily coaching and leadership of the sales team on the floor
- Leading and distributing tasks throughout the day with a focus on service and sales
- Contributing to a positive work climate and creating engagement within the group
- Customer-focused work with a high tempo where you motivate upselling
- Ensuring that the store environment is always inspiring and sales-oriented
- Follow-up on campaigns, sales targets, and activities together with the manager
- Experience in service and sales within retail
- Drive, engagement, and a natural ability to inspire others
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and thrive when the pace changes throughout the day
- Confident and communicative leader who sees each individual and fosters team spirit
- Flexible, solution-oriented, and sees opportunities in challenges
- Interest in trends, assortment, and customer behavior

About the Position – Leadership Role in Store, Working Hours & Employment
The position is a temporary part-time employment, 30 hours/week, starting according to agreement. Working hours are scheduled and may include weekdays, evenings, and weekends to meet customer flow and provide the best service. There is a possibility for extension.
