About the role

Presto continues to grow and is now looking for a business-driven and strategic Regional Account Manager who wants to help develop our key customer collaborations at the regional level.

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the region's key customers – from creating and nurturing long-term relationships to project managing implementations and ensuring that contracts are adhered to and developed.

You are a key person in creating long-term relationships, driving sales, and contributing to our customers getting maximum benefit from their contracts. The role requires a good understanding of business, is structured, and has the ability to coordinate both internal and external resources.

In this role, you will also: Train the organization in contract content and create understanding of the customer's needs. Ensure that price lists, job descriptions, and contracts are kept updated. Follow up on the customer's financial results and identify improvement opportunities. Actively prospect new customers and drive new sales. Document customer interactions in CRM and keep customer data updated. Represent Presto in contract negotiations and market outreach.

We are looking for someone who

wants to spend their days with different customers on varied assignments and is passionate about building relationships and understanding customers, their operations, and needs. We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in a customer-facing role where you are used to meeting people, building relationships, and working towards goals. This could be in sales, service, or another area where you have had direct contact with customers and responsibility for creating value in the dialogue. You have a business drive, enjoy taking responsibility, and have the ability to understand the customer's needs.

To succeed in this role, you also need to: Be structured, goal-oriented, and have the ability to drive your sales forward. Have a B driver's license.
