Our client in Vara, a prominent player in the concrete industry, specializes in the manufacturing of prefabricated concrete elements. Due to a strong order intake, they are now looking for more dedicated concrete workers who can contribute to their success.

Your Responsibilities:

As a concrete worker, you will work with:

• Formwork, reinforcement, and casting based on drawings.
• Conduct quality controls and ensure that work is performed according to established standards.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to solve problems and keep the project on schedule.

You will be an important part of the team that ensures every project meets the highest quality and is delivered on time.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has drive and a sense of responsibility and enjoys working in a team.

• Is in good physical shape and is not afraid of physical work.
• Has a solution-oriented approach and likes to take initiative.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction work, concrete work, or working with drawings.

• Possession of forklift and overhead crane licenses.
