Our client, located just south of Vara, is a prominent player in the concrete industry, specializing in the manufacture of prefabricated concrete elements. Due to a strong order intake, they are now looking for more dedicated concrete workers who can contribute to their success.

Your Responsibilities:

In the role of concrete worker, you will work with:

• Formwork, reinforcement, and pouring based on drawings.
• Conducting quality controls and ensuring that the work is performed according to established standards.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues to solve problems and keep the project on schedule.

You will be an important part of the team that ensures that each project meets the highest quality standards and is delivered on time.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has drive and a sense of responsibility and enjoys working in a team.

• Is in good physical shape and is not afraid of physical work.
• Has a solution-oriented mindset and likes to take initiative.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction, concrete work, or working with drawings.

• Possession of forklift and overhead crane licenses.
