We are looking for an experienced Operations and Maintenance Coordinator for our client in Linköping. In this role, you will be the spider in the web between internal operations, suppliers, and contractors, where you will have the opportunity to influence both operations and development.

Your responsibilities

Be the contact person for suppliers and external parties within operations and property

Participate in relocations of operations within production

Manage orders for equipment and installations in workshop environments

Coordinate inspections of equipment (e.g., overhead cranes, fume hoods, ladders)

Be responsible for departmental vehicles (purchases, service, cleaning, tire changes, etc.)

Participate in workplace inspections and ensure that actions are implemented

Follow up on reports of faults related to premises and coordinate actions

Participate in improvement forums and drive development work

Your profile

At least 7 years of experience in the property industry

Solid knowledge of operations and maintenance of properties

Ability to act as a coordinator with many points of contact

Experience in both operational and administrative work

Good communication skills and a solution-oriented approach

Assignment details

Location: Primarily Malmen (Linköping), some time in Tannefors Role: Operations and Maintenance Coordinator Scope: Full-time, on-site Assignment period: Start as soon as possible, initially 3–5 months. Possibility of extension and potential transition to employment with the client
