What you will do:

As an IT support technician, you will:

• Assist users with technical issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Work with both Windows and macOS as well as mobile devices like iOS and Android
• Support in administration of, for example, Active Directory, Exchange, and SCCM
• Explore and work in various ITSM platforms, such as ServiceNow (if you have experience)

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an IT education (YH, high school, or equivalent)
• Is curious, service-minded, and has a strong desire to learn
• Thrives in a changing environment where no day is the same

Experience in IT support, ticketing systems, or system administration is a plus, but not a requirement – you will receive full training on-site.

Bonus if you have experience with:

• ITSM tools like ServiceNow
• Windows/macOS and iOS/Android
• Administration in AD, Azure, SCCM, and Exchange
