We are now looking for a property caretaker to take care of our fine residential portfolio in Sundbyberg and Täby.

What will you do with us? As a property caretaker with us, you will work in a smaller team where you together provide our tenants with the best service. The work is largely independent, and you will have ample space to plan your days.

Your tasks include daily supervision of the properties you are responsible for. We call it being the king or queen in our neighborhoods. The work mainly involves indoor property maintenance in the form of rounds and assisting tenants with various types of inquiries related to their homes.

The position involves creating conditions for our tenants to feel safe and satisfied in their living environment. It is an extremely important and significant job as our tenants are the biggest reason for Balder's success.

Who are you? To succeed in the role, it is important that you enjoy meeting people. It is important that you like to provide good service and build relationships, as you will be in direct contact with our tenants.

We would like you to have experience in a similar role as a property caretaker or equivalent. However, the most important thing for us is that you are curious and want to learn more!

Some parts of your work will be digital, so some computer skills and use of an iPhone are required. You also need to be proficient in the Swedish language in both spoken and written form, hold a B driver's license, and have good physical fitness as the position involves active work.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of electrical installations, plumbing systems, ventilation, and control technology.
