About the position

We at Perido are now looking for a caretaker for our client - an authority based in Sundbyberg, where the work is done on-site.

The position is broad, and the points below are some of the most central to your working days.

• Collect and distribute mail as well as unpack materials and shipments
• Receive and handle goods and packages
• Assist with moving and furnishing
• Prepare premises and equipment for meetings and conferences
• Be responsible for the service of, for example, photocopiers
• Manage printing and distribution of mass-printed materials, as well as storage of reports or course materials
• Conduct troubleshooting regarding the property, report and follow up on issues together with the property owner/property manager
• Control access and receive visitors
• Document actions taken

Your qualities

We are looking for someone who is service-minded, solution-oriented, and enjoys helping others. You are stable, reliable, and take responsibility for your work with a careful and structured approach. You have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team while also working independently when needed. You are flexible and easily adapt when circumstances change or when new tasks arise.

Qualifications:

• At least three (3) years of work experience as a caretaker
• Class B driver's license
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of case management systems
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Scope and start date

Part-time at 50%, consulting assignment until 2028-03-31. Start 2026-04-01.
