About the Role

We are looking for structured, responsible, and quality-conscious individuals for an exciting position! As an operator for our client, you will be a vital part of the production of their unique products. The role of machine operator is characterized by a meticulous, efficient, and highly quality-focused working style. You are someone who can calmly and methodically follow recipes and specifications according to order.

Key Responsibilities

Your main tasks include:

• Standard operator duties such as preparation, quality control, etc.
• Performing simple technical adjustments and machine changeovers.
• Maintenance and cleaning of equipment, machines, and production areas.
• The role includes shift work.

Who Are You?

Qualifications and merits:

• You have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. You are able to understand and follow written and oral routines and instructions.
• You hold forklift licenses A1-4 and B1-4.
• You are driven and eager to learn new tasks.

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a strong asset. The work is physically demanding at times, and you must be comfortable standing and walking throughout your workday.
