Erikssunds EL is now looking for an experienced industrial electrician with automation skills who wants to work in a technically advanced role with a high degree of responsibility. Here you will work with troubleshooting, programming, and commissioning in industrial environments while contributing your knowledge to colleagues and customers. This is a role for you who want to combine practical electrical work with automation development and be a key person in technical assignments at the customer’s site.

About the position

As an industrial electrician at Erikssunds EL, you will work independently with service, installation, and troubleshooting in industrial facilities. The role involves overall responsibility within automation where you both work practically in the field and contribute to the development and documentation of automation solutions. You will work with PLC programming, HMI development, and communication solutions in modern control systems. The work is based at the company’s premises in Järfälla and primarily takes place in projects and service assignments at customers.

Your main responsibilities

In this role, you will: * Perform service, installation, and troubleshooting in industrial facilities * Interpret electrical drawings and circuit diagrams * Program and configure PLC and HMI * Work with control systems from companies like Mitsubishi and Siemens * Manage communication solutions such as Profibus and Profinet * Develop and commission HMI interfaces in tools like iX Developer, gX iX Works, and GT Simulator * Install and program logic modules * Create and update electrical drawings in DWG or equivalent CAD systems * Document and ensure quality of automation solutions * Support colleagues in automation and installation and contribute to knowledge sharing In addition to automation work, traditional electrical work in service, renovation, and ROT is also included.

Who are you?

* Electrical engineering education at high school or YH level * ECY certificate or equivalent qualification * At least 10 years of experience in industrial service * Experience in PLC programming and automation systems * Good experience in reading electrical drawings and circuit diagrams * Experience in documentation and work in CAD/DWG * Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
