Smart Parkering Sverige AB is currently responsible for parking supervision, operation, and management of garages and parking facilities. We do this on behalf of property owners, housing associations, and management companies. We provide smart, tailored digital and environmentally friendly solutions as well as the most customer-friendly platform on the market. We operate in several locations across the country with our headquarters in Stockholm.

Job Information:

Working as a technician at Smart Parkering means that you will maintain parking lots and garages. This position is suitable for you if you are technically inclined with previous experience in the parking industry, real estate industry, or similar work and enjoy a lot of outdoor work. You should also be good at collaborating with other roles and customers.

The job is full-time and starts with a probationary period of 6 months. The work is based at one of our offices in Hallunda or Järfälla, and upon starting your employment, you will receive internal training in systems and working methods. The job may require travel from time to time and is typically scheduled Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00 or 08:00 to 17:00, but may vary depending on the nature and location of assignments.

We apply individual salary setting according to collective agreements in the range of 27,000 - 35,000 SEK/month.

Examples of Job Duties:

• Sign installation and removal
• Line painting
• Ordering and invoice management within the area of responsibility
• Inventory and management of stock and materials
• Administration, e.g., written documentation of ordered and performed services
• Ongoing dialogue with internal and external parties

Qualifications:

• Held a manual B driver's license for at least 2 years
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Experience in the parking industry and LKOP is an advantage
• Other languages and qualifications are advantageous
