About the job as a custodian

In the role of custodian, you are responsible for ensuring that daily internal services operate smoothly and professionally. The role is broad and combines practical tasks with administrative elements. You work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues, suppliers, and property owners.

The work involves a high service tempo and requires good physical condition, structure, and the ability to prioritize in everyday life.

Examples of tasks include:

• Internal service such as mail handling and goods reception
• Furnishing and organizing workspaces and meeting rooms
• Administrative tasks such as invoice management, orders, and fault reporting
• Contacts with suppliers and property owners
• Basic repairs and actions in premises and on inventory

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience in similar service or custodian tasks who enjoys a role where you can take responsibility. You are practically oriented, solution-focused, and have a professional demeanor. Since the work involves heavy lifting, good physical condition is a prerequisite.

Requirements for the position

• High school education or equivalent
• Experience in similar tasks as described above
• Good physical condition and stress resistance - the work involves many heavy lifts
• Ability to work independently towards set goals
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Computer skills
