Student Host (Temporary) – Spånga | Student Housing in the Nordics

📅 Period: Temporary position from May 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027

We are now looking for a temporary Student Host for our properties in Spånga. In this role, you will be part of our local team and work closely with our students to ensure a safe and pleasant living environment.

About the role

As a Student Host, you will work closely with our customers and be responsible for providing excellent service in the area. The work is partially independent and includes both administrative and practical tasks related to daily operations.

Common tasks:

• Be responsible for the preparation and execution of customers' move-ins and move-outs
• Handle administrative error reports
• Investigate and manage disturbance cases
• Drive and support local CSR activities
• Administrative tasks such as invoice management and work orders
• Answer questions from residents via meetings, email, and phone
• Collaborate with contractors
• Conduct apartment inspections
• Be responsible for key management
