We are now looking for a service-oriented and practical janitor in Stockholm for one of our clients. The position is suitable for you who enjoy varied tasks and want to work in a role where you can take significant responsibility.

As a janitor, you are responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the property and premises. You ensure that the environment is safe, functional, and well-maintained for employees and visitors.

• Supervision and maintenance of the property's internal and external environment
• Simple repairs and maintenance work
• Handling of error reports and actions
• Contact with suppliers and contractors
• Furnishing and preparing premises for meetings and events
• Waste management and recycling

• Experience in similar work is an advantage
• Practical skills and handy
• Good ability to work independently
• Service-oriented and solution-focused
• Basic knowledge of Swedish
• Driving license B is often a requirement

Meritorious

• Experience in property maintenance
• Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, or carpentry
• Forklift license or lift training

You are responsible, flexible, and have a good attitude. You enjoy solving problems and see what needs to be done. You contribute to a positive and professional environment for the client.
