In the role of aftermarket project designer, you will work with sales support and technical support related to service and aftermarket issues. You will continuously present technical solutions to existing customers and be part of the project management for smaller project inquiries. You will work closely with customers via phone and email, with customer visits occurring as needed.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Solid technical competence in security systems
• Experience with brands such as Assa ARX, RCO, SPC, Aptus, or Axema
• A strong service focus and enjoy customer contact
• Good communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly
• Likely currently working as a security technician and want to transition to a more customer and support-oriented role
• A valid driver's license (B)
