About the Position

We are currently seeking a driven and service-oriented janitor for a government agency in Sundbyberg. The role primarily involves standard janitorial duties, focusing on ensuring a well-functioning and pleasant office environment.

The agency has a long-term need for an experienced, self-sufficient, and practical person who thrives in a varied role and can take responsibility for service, operational support, and daily practical tasks. You will be an important part of the organization and contribute to the workplace functioning efficiently every day.

Assignment Period and Scope

The janitor position is a part-time (50%) consulting assignment with a planned start date of 2026-04-01 and is expected to last until 2028-03-31.

Requirements for the Position

At least three (3) years of work experience as a janitor.
Driver's license class B.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of case management systems.
Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Desirable Qualifications for the Position

At least 5 years of experience in janitorial work in a similar environment.
Work experience from the public sector.
Experience in handling maintenance requests and contact with property owners/property managers.
Experience in basic work with access or alarm systems.
