Custodian/Service Employee/FM Coordinator, Nacka
Sodexo is responsible for custodial services, waste management, mail, goods, conference services, security, SBA, reception/switchboard, cleaning, etc. for a client in Nacka. We are looking for someone who is handy and has experience working as a service employee/custodian and enjoys solving problems with the customer in focus.
Working with us is varied, challenging, and requires a high level of personal commitment. This job is for you who likes to have a lot to do and where the day goes by quickly. You should be flexible and able to switch between routine tasks and different tasks that arise on the spot.
Your tasks will include, among other things;
- Corrective actions and maintenance
- Corrective actions within AV technology and printers, as well as contact with suppliers
- Performing relocations, rearrangements, and assembly of furniture
- Coordination of special services, larger relocations, suppliers, and operations
- SBA rounds
- Managing orders and deliveries
- Mail and goods handling
- Supervision rounds of various kinds, light bulb changes in the building, external rounds
- Waste and return paper management
- Assisting with whatever needs to be done as required
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least three years of experience in similar tasks
- Good computer skills
- Good physical condition as the job may involve heavy lifting
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
- Some technical competence

- Good social skills, open and outgoing
- Good sense of order and high quality
- Very high service willingness
Employment Type and Working Hours:
The employment is permanent with a 6-month probationary period. Working hours are during the day.
