Engsholms Castle in Nature – Close to the City.

Just 1 hour from Stockholm, Engsholms Castle is located on the beautiful headland of Mörkö, by the shores of the Baltic Sea.

Engsholms Castle is an adult-only hotel and welcomes children over 12 years old.

We have been creating experiences and memories since 1986, owned by the same family and part of the Food Family.

A unique house in a magical place with 54 hotel rooms, 99 beds, several different lounges and meeting rooms, a baroque dining room, a wood-fired sauna, and much more.

A personal hotel for private guests, conference guests, day guests, dinner guests, event guests, and wedding guests. For us at Engsholm, people are the most important thing we have. We are now looking for several positions for the high season, May-Dec 80-100%, possibly with the opportunity for extension, as well as hourly positions. We work with annual working hours, are Swan-labeled, and have a collective agreement.

For all positions, Swedish is required, a driver's license with access to your own car is preferred, and ideally, you should live in the local area, as well as having experience from the respective position.

Breakfast Service & Housekeeper Castle

Here you start your day from 6 AM on weekdays or 7 AM on weekends when we have guests and ensure that the castle is open, welcoming, and ready for breakfast with our morning buffet.

Simple kitchen prep, serving, and assistance with check-out are included in the tasks.

After breakfast, you clean up and take care of all the castle's other rooms and lounges, sauna, and pavilion with cleaning, tidying, and a detail-oriented eye.

Cleaning Hotel

Here you work closely with our housekeeper at the hotel, cleaning hotel rooms, in the laundry room with washing/ironing/folding, cleaning of premises, and collaborating with other departments. Working hours are mainly during the day but also on weekends.

Server/Bar

Here you work as part of the dining team with breakfast, conference snacks, lunch, dinner, bar, sauna, and parties with both corporate clients and private guests. You also assist with setting up rooms for events and restoring and cleaning after events. From early to late and also on weekends.

Chef

Here we have a team that needs reinforcement with usual kitchen tasks, ranging from prep and dishwashing, baking/cold kitchen/hot kitchen, to cooking and service. From early to late, approximately 7 AM to 10 PM, and also on weekends.
