Region East's operations are conducted in Stockholm and Gotland County, and this position is located in the Berga operational district, covering the Haninge garrison. The Berga operations group currently consists of 12 people, of which 5 are responsible for the archipelago. Our main task is to supervise and maintain the Haninge garrison area in Berga, which also includes the southern archipelago.

The property portfolio is a mix of open and closed assets, including its own heat production, accommodations, treatment plants, etc. You will independently work with the operation and maintenance of our property portfolio. This includes supervision and maintenance, self-checks in facilities, corrective and planned maintenance of buildings and technical installations. You will also perform maintenance on associated infrastructure such as heating, electricity, and water. The tasks include frequent customer and supplier contacts and working both individually and in a team. On-call duty may be included in the position. Travel within the district is part of the job.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education as an operations technician or another education we consider equivalent. You have a good ability to troubleshoot technical installations and carry out repairs, as well as experience in supervision and maintenance. You have work experience in handling reporting, registration, purchasing, and invoicing in various systems, as well as good knowledge of administrative IT support systems. You master Swedish very well, both spoken and written. A Class B driver's license is a requirement.

If you have work experience or competence in electrical installations and boiler maintenance, it is an advantage. It is also beneficial if you are accustomed to handling and operating a boat.

About the Employment

The position is a permanent employment and may begin with a probationary period. As a permanent employee, you will be placed in a war position. The place of employment is Berga. An employment with us requires Swedish citizenship and entails placement in a security class. A security review with a background check will be conducted before employment in accordance with Chapter 3 of the Security Protection Act.
