Main responsibilities
You will work according to the claims process, which includes receiving customers, scheduling appointments, booking rental cars for customers, invoicing, damage assessment, calculating estimates for insurance companies, and handing over vehicles. You will also be responsible for planning work in Cabplan for each Claims Technician.

What we expect from you
We believe you have knowledge of automotive technology and are good at handling customers. We see that you have experience working with damage calculations, and knowledge of Cabas is an advantage. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and hold a B driver's license. You have good computer skills and digital understanding.
