About the position

As a workshop manager at Brandt, you will have overall responsibility for our Renault and Dacia workshop at the facility in Skövde.

You will report to the business area manager for our workshops in Skaraborg.

As a workshop manager, you will have full responsibility for personnel, budget, and results. You are responsible for the ongoing operations, which includes organizing, leading, and distributing work within the various parts of the department. You are responsible for implementing planned activities and ensuring that our performance goals and key figures are met. Together with other functions, you will drive and develop the business to meet the new needs of the environment.

There are also other departments at the facility, with which it is important to have close collaboration to jointly drive and develop the business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Automotive technical background
• Several years of leadership experience
• Good knowledge of Office 365, primarily Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Teams
• Driver's license B
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
