Collega's area of operations for daily activities is growing, and we are now looking for a coordinator for our daily operations.

Job Responsibilities
As a coordinator at Collega, you are involved in the daily work and play a central role in ensuring that the daily operations are conducted efficiently and qualitatively. With a focus on customer satisfaction and staff development, you are there as a support in the daily operations. In the role of coordinator, you are proactive, flexible, and can adapt when needed.
The work includes some administration such as documentation, reporting, and preparing written documents.
The working hours will mainly be during office hours, weekdays between 08:00 - 17:00.
Leadership and Coordination:
- Plan, lead, and distribute the daily work within the operations.
- Work to ensure that the operations are conducted in accordance with Collega's routines and policies
- Support and guide staff in their daily work.
Customer Relations:
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, networks, and clients.
- Follow up on customer satisfaction and handle feedback and complaints professionally.
- Represent the operations externally.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills:
- Good knowledge of applicable legislation and guidelines within social care.
- Good ability to communicate both in writing and verbally.
- Good ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks.
- Good collaboration skills and social competence.
- Good computer skills.
Personal Qualities
- Independent: You take your own initiatives and drive your work forward.
- Flexible: You easily adapt to changes and can handle unexpected situations.
- Responsible: You take responsibility for your tasks and contribute to a good work environment.
- Solution-oriented: You see opportunities and find creative solutions to problems.
You have at least a high school education in care and social services or another equivalent education such as nursing assistant, treatment assistant, or social pedagogue. Experience in coordination and/or work in daily operations is an advantage.
You should be secure and stable in stressful situations. You should be responsible and able to structure your work independently. You should have social competence, be able to collaborate with others, and take responsibility for your work environment. You should have pedagogical insight into people's different conditions and be able to adapt your communication accordingly. It is a requirement that you have experience working with the target group, and we would like you to have knowledge of relevant pedagogical methods and approaches such as MI, Low-Affective Approach, and Clarifying Pedagogy.

The workplace is located in Södermalm and Liljeholmen.
