We are now looking for two dedicated IT consultants for our client in Malmö. The assignments include both 2nd line support and the role of Onsite IT Technician, which means you will have a varied and developing daily routine.

Your tasks

2nd line support

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues escalated from 1st line

• Manage incidents, orders, and problems

• Work with technical troubleshooting within client, Win11, networks, permissions, AD, applications, and Microsoft 365

Onsite IT Technician

• Perform scheduled tasks on-site at the client

• Manage equipment: collection, delivery, and basic configuration

• Troubleshoot networks and printers on-site

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to find solutions

• Ensure feedback to users and closure of cases

We are looking for someone who has

Must-have requirements

• Driver's license

• Relevant education in IT

• Several years of experience in similar projects

• Familiarity with larger and complex organizations

• Service-oriented and solution-focused working style

About the assignment

• Location: Malmö (on-site 100%)

• Start: As soon as possible

• End: December 31, 2025 (with an option for extension up to 18 months)

• Scope: Full-time, 2 positions
