We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations SAP Cut-over Lead for an exciting transformation program within manufacturing and logistics. The assignment involves leading and coordinating all activities related to the transition to a new ERP system. You will be a key person in ensuring a smooth go-live and will report directly to the program management.

Responsibilities
Lead preparation and execution of cut-over activities
Coordinate testing and validation (Integration, UAT, Mock Cut-over)
Ensure coordination with the IS/IT workstream
Own the operations readiness checklist and provide final approval on Day 0
Drive escalations and make decisions during the cut-over weekend

Requirements
Deep knowledge of SAP PP/MM and production/logistics processes
Documented experience in ERP cut-over projects, carve-outs, or greenfield
Strong background in larger transitions, separations, or ERP implementations
Excellent leadership skills and experience in driving teams through change
Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
