AB OmsorgsCompagniet i Norden has been established since 2003 and is a recognized provider of care services. We offer personal assistance, respite care, escorting, housing support, and LSS housing in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Örebro, and Trollhättan.

We are currently looking for someone with experience working with children with autism. The client is an active boy who enjoys playing, gaming, cooking, and baking.

You will play an important role by temporarily caring for him so that the guardians can pursue their own interests. The position involves 6 hours per month and is divided into  two occasions per month. 

Responsibilities:

• Play and socialize
• Provide care and supervision at home or in the local area.
• Facilitate respite for relatives and provide them with opportunities for their own activities or rest.

Qualifications:

• Interest in working with people and creating meaningful experiences
• Knowledge of low-arousal responses
• Experience working with children with autism
• Responsibility, empathy, and good communication skills.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to others' needs and routines.
• Positive attitude and ability to create a safe and loving environment.
• Personal suitability and ability to collaborate with both the user and relatives.
