Are you an analytical and curious Business Analyst who wants to contribute to developing purchasing strategies, improving processes, and creating insights that make a difference? With our client, you will play a central role in shaping a data-driven and sustainable supply chain – together with engaged colleagues in an international environment.

As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will play an important role in driving the strategy for supply chain and purchasing as well as optimizing the company's supply chain operations. In the role of Business Analyst, you will analyze data, identify trends, and provide valuable insights that support effective decision-making processes and cost-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance raw material reports at the group level
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Supply Chain Performance packages
  • Act as a superuser for the BI application Spend within the group
  • Contact person for Competence Center CW – knowledge and guidance
  • Support and provide relevant data for category strategies and negotiations with suppliers

Job tasks specified below:

  • Analyze supply chain data and identify trends for data-driven decisions
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost, delivery, quality, and sustainability
  • Identify cost savings and streamline purchasing processes
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI
  • Drive improvement initiatives within purchasing and supply chain
  • Participate in and lead projects within the supply chain area
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies
  • Contribute to the development of sustainability data and reporting

We are looking for someone who

  • Has a post-secondary education in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or similar
  • Has previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar analytical role, preferably within purchasing or supply chain
  • Has good knowledge of the Office suite, including strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Has experience in Power BI
  • Has an understanding of ERP systems
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
  • Is willing to travel for work
