On behalf of Kwick Expense, we are now looking for an Account Manager. The role suits you who are self-driven, relationship-building, and ready to take your place in a small but agile team, where every deal makes a difference.

About the position

As an Account Manager at Kwick Expense, you will be responsible for the entire sales process – from prospecting to closing. The focus is mainly on acquiring new customers in both the public and private sectors, where you build relationships and drive business.

In the beginning, it will be a lot about learning the product in depth and contacting potential customers via phone. You will work closely with your colleagues, report to the CEO, and receive a thorough introduction with plenty of feedback, coaching, and the opportunity to grow into the role. In the long run, there will be opportunities to help shape the sales department, take responsibility for onboarding new colleagues, and develop the sales strategy. Kwick Expense has already gained significant trust in the market – you will step into a functioning model from the start. 

• Prospect and contact new customers in both the private and public sectors 
• Drive the entire sales process, from first contact to closed deal 
• Conduct physical customer meetings if necessary (initially about 2 days/month) 
• Contribute to the ongoing development of sales strategy and customer journey 
• Contribute to Kwick Expense's product development through insights from customers 

Your profile 

We are looking for someone who is business-driven, trustworthy, and has an easy time making contacts, whether it's with a construction company or a bank director. You have worked in a role as an Account Manager and have experience with customer meetings, feel comfortable working in digital systems, and have an understanding of financial processes.

You have:

• Experience in driving customer dialogues and sales processes
• Familiarity with working in digital business systems and managing costs/accounting
• Good structure, initiative, and a high level of self-drive
• Preferable if you have worked with SaaS services and have experience from the public sector or procurement
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
