At Balder, we put people first and are now looking for a property caretaker for our newly acquired residential portfolio in Norrköping. What can we offer you? As a property caretaker with us, we offer you a working environment in a smaller team where everyone can participate in providing the highest service to our tenants. The work is independent, and you are responsible for planning and organizing your work to effectively maintain our rental properties while delivering high service. Your tasks include daily supervision of all areas in the properties you are responsible for. Furthermore, you will also handle maintenance requests, with the position mainly involving internal property maintenance in the form of maintenance requests, repairs, and contact with contractors. This means that you will spend a significant part of your working day in and around our properties. What can you offer us? To succeed in this role, it is important that you enjoy meeting people. Relationship building and service are essential since you act as the first contact in relation to our tenants. How you have learned to take care of properties is not crucial. Perhaps you have studied, maybe you have done renovations at home, or even built something? The most important thing for us is that you are curious and want to learn more! Some parts of your work will be digital, so a certain level of computer skills and use of an iPhone is required. You also need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, hold a B driver's license, and have good physical fitness as the position involves active work. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of electrical installations, plumbing systems, ventilation, and control technology. Does this sound like something for you?
