Job Description:

You will be involved in developing the educational work together with your colleagues and with the students in the after-school program. Together with your colleagues in the work team, you will plan, implement, and evaluate the teaching in the after-school program.

As leisure staff at Bladins Primary School, you will become a key person in our students' everyday lives. You will work in our after-school program, which is a place where students in grades F-6 can play, learn, and grow after school hours. You collaborate with educators in your work team to provide students with an inspiring learning environment where they can develop their abilities. Your role is to create a safe and stimulating environment where every student has the opportunity to develop their interests and social skills.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • At least three years of documented experience working with children with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPF).
  • Good ability to manage and respond to outwardly aggressive behaviors in a professional and low-arousal manner.
  • Good collaboration skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with both students, colleagues, and guardians.
  • Relevant education, such as social pedagogue, treatment pedagogue, or further education in areas such as NPF or special education.
  • Knowledge of structured pedagogical methods and adaptations for students with special needs.
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

You are secure, stable, and resilient in challenging situations and have a well-developed sense of finding solutions instead of seeing obstacles. We expect you to be both a leader and a team player who values collaboration with colleagues.
