About the position

Vår Omtanke is seeking a female calm personal assistant with humor and a positive attitude for daytime work Monday to Friday. Our client has a neurological disease that affects balance, fine motor skills, and speech. Communication occurs via Lightwriter, (https://www.abilia.com/sv/our-products/kommunikation/samtalsapparater/lightwriter-sl50) which requires fluent Swedish in both speech and writing. The client lives in a house with a spouse, 2 children, and a dog in Järfälla. As a Personal Assistant, you will assist with practical daily tasks such as regular household chores, dressing/undressing, hygiene, and transfers. You will also assist with phone calls, doctor visits, physical therapy, and walks. We are looking for someone with a calm personality who can take initiative. You are attentive, meticulous, and present but know when to step back and be nearby. Experience in personal assistance, care, or support is a plus. Who are you?

You are an honest and reliable person who genuinely enjoys working and has the ability to create a harmonious atmosphere around you. You should have great empathy, patience, and the ability to understand another person's situation while being very attentive. We are looking for someone with experience as a personal assistant or other relevant experience. As a person, you have good social skills, consider the whole client's needs, are meticulous and responsible, and have a good demeanor. Only female applicants are sought at the client's request.

Working hours and employment rate:

Day shifts 2 times a week with a fixed schedule

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, other compensation according to collective agreement.
