InsightOne has a 30-year history in the Nordics and a leading position in the analysis of consumers and their purchasing behavior. InsightOne helps clients identify, understand, and reach customers and prospects to achieve a greater impact from their marketing efforts. InsightOne is located in modern offices in central Stockholm and currently has about 20 employees and more than 250 clients in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway. In the role of marketing analyst at InsightOne, you will work towards the Nordic market with a focus on Sweden.
Responsibilities
As the marketing manager, you have a strategic and operational overall responsibility for creating content across various channels to increase the visibility of the InsightOne brand. Your mission is to create relevant and business-driving content across multiple channels aimed at strengthening brand visibility, generating leads, and creating new business opportunities. You will proactively work with marketing activities such as events, blog posts, newsletters, advertising, and product packaging – always with a clear focus on supporting sales and driving conversion. The role involves both producing material (text, images, videos) and project managing external agencies to ensure high-quality marketing content. You also ensure that all marketing materials, both internal and external, maintain high quality and align with the visual profile.
A large part of your role also involves acting as sales support for your colleagues. You assist sales in developing and refining marketing materials that they use in their work. Additionally, some administrative responsibilities are included, such as invoice management and working in the CRM system Upsales to create an efficient and data-driven follow-up of marketing and sales efforts.
Education, experience, and personal qualities
• Post-secondary education, for example in marketing or economics • At least two years of experience in a similar role • Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Photoshop, and WordPress • Experience with SEO optimization, Google Ads, and advertising on LinkedIn • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written • Business-oriented mindset and ability to see how marketing efforts contribute to sales and growth • Interest in, and preferably experience with, how various AI tools can be used to streamline and optimize your work • Experience with Upsales is a plus

You are used to working in a project management role with many tasks at hand, where you see solutions rather than problems and drive the work forward with a natural business focus. You are a cheerful and creative person with an aesthetic eye and positive energy who enjoys working both independently and in a team.
Other information
This is a full-time parental leave cover lasting until February 2027, with a possibility of extension. You will be employed by Bravura and work at InsightOne.
