We are looking for a solution-oriented and communicative technical salesperson for an expanding company in Södermalm. About the role – Technical salesperson focusing on customer relations and technology in Södermalm
In the role of technical salesperson, you are a key person between the company's technical solutions and the customers' unique needs. You work both strategically and operationally to identify business opportunities, drive the entire sales process, and create and nurture long-term customer relationships. You will be part of an engaged, cross-functional team and have great opportunities to influence your own and the company's development.
Responsibilities in technical sales and customer dialogue
- Prospect new business opportunities and establish contact with potential customers in relevant industries
- Conduct customer meetings, requirement dialogues, and needs analysis, both on-site and digitally
- Present, adapt, and sell technical solutions based on the customer's challenges
- Be responsible for quotes, contract negotiations, and ensure implementation according to agreement
- Contribute to product development by relaying customer insights to the technology and development team
- Administer sales activities, update CRM, and monitor the business chain from first contact to completed delivery
Your profile – experience and qualities as a technical salesperson in Stockholm
- Post-secondary education in technology, IT, or equivalent experience
- Interest in technical products, business development, and problem-solving
- Good communication skills and responsiveness in meetings with customers and colleagues
- Structured, self-driven, and able to drive processes to completion
- You are relationship-building and enjoy working both independently and in teams
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English
Desirable experiences for the role in technical sales in Södermalm
- Experience in B2B sales, project management, or consultative work
- Background in industry, IT, telecommunications, automation, or similar technical fields
- Familiarity with working with both private and public clients
- Knowledge of sales processes and working in CRM systems
