Job Responsibilities

Do you have experience in planning within transport management and are looking for a new challenge? Then this could be the role for you!

We are looking for a transport manager who will work independently to plan, book, and optimize road transport. In the role of transport manager, your tasks will include:

• Planning of transports.
• Monitoring of transports and handling and resolving any deviations.
• Improvement work to optimize load factor, transport routes, and create synergies in transport.
• Booking and follow-up of goods to ensure delivery precision.
• Economic follow-up and responsibility for results within your own traffic.
• Daily contact and collaboration with customers, carriers, suppliers, and drivers.
• Purchasing and administration of external capacity as needed.
• Handling of administration and preparation of documentation for invoicing.

Position: The position involves shift work. Work shifts start between 05:00-09:00.

Location: Gothenburg

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has worked for a few years with transport planning within trailer traffic and who has good knowledge of driving and rest times. You are communicative, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about delivering high quality to the customer. The role requires the ability to build and maintain good relationships, work independently with freedom under responsibility, and collaborate unpretentiously in a team.

To be considered for the position, you need:
