About the position

In the role of Team Leader, you will be responsible for optimizing warehouse operations and leading your team. You who are applying for this position are, like us, convinced that it is only through engaged employees that we can create the best results together! As a Team Leader, you will work closely with production and, together with other Team Leaders, have overall responsibility for ensuring an optimized warehouse operation that meets our business and customer promises. In this role, you will identify, analyze, and execute daily challenges that arise. You will need to prioritize tasks and quickly adjust your daily planning based on changing needs. At the same time, you should also capture ideas for improvements and work on various types of changes that help us develop and get better.

You will be part of a team with three other Team Leaders and report to the Logistics Manager.

Parts of the job responsibilities:

• Personnel responsibility for up to 30 people
• Process responsible for the department's routines and flows
• Conduct staffing planning according to established routines
• Lead hired consultants and be responsible for maintaining collaboration with staffing agencies according to set processes and expectations.
• Work environment responsibility within the department's areas

You need to have experience leading teams previously and a completed high school education; it is advantageous if you have studied relevant education in logistics or leadership. Broad experience in warehouse work, particularly in picking and packing, is also seen as a significant advantage. Knowledge of the WMS system Astro and experience in business development and improvement work are also meritorious.
