We at Sprio are looking for new customer service stars for Teleperformance in Solna (Stockholm).
What you will do at work:
- Talk to customers over the phone & assist with their inquiries
- Resolve issues directly during the call (you are the hero!)
- Log cases in the system & keep track of information
- Contribute to a great team spirit in the office
We are looking for someone who:
- Is service-minded & enjoys talking to people
- Can speak Swedish & English fluently
- Has a high school diploma
- Is ready to work full-time (80–100%) at varying times
